Growing up is hard to do🤷🏻‍♀️ In our experience, Tupperware is the scourge of every kitchen. Appliances organized?✅ Cooking utensils sorted?✅ Drawers divided and efficient?✅ Tupperware?❌ If you struggle with your containers, you’re not alone! Use these tips to manage them: 📍Take out every container you own (leave the ones in use in your fridge or freezer but don’t forget to account for them) 📍Recycle or throw away any that don’t have lids, are stained/old, or that you never use 📍Assess how much you have and realistically determine how many you use on a weekly basis 📍Think about what storage system will work best for you - lids on bottoms, lids separate from bottoms but all together, do you need a container to contain all the containers!?!🤪 📍In the future, don’t keep takeout containers if you already have everything you need 📍Edit frequently! Pantry Organization🥫 Pantries can be hard areas to organize because the items stored there are always coming and going👋 In this before and after, the pantry had the correct amount of items, they just needed a little love🫶 What we did: 🫙Pulled everything out 🫙Got rid of anything that was expired and donated good food that wasn’t being eaten 🫙Made categories; pasta, grains, cans, cereal etc 🫙Used containers where appropriate to establish long lasting systems 🫙Replaced everything according to category This was an easy job because the pantry wasn’t overstocked. If your pantry is a stress point for you, pull everything out and do a thorough edit and declutter. You’ll be amazed at how highly functional it will be after that one step😳 Want more tips?
